These awards recognize organizations in Washington State for outstanding and innovative work to improve healthcare quality during 2009.

Award winners were recognized in a special ceremony at the Washington Patient Safety Coalition’s Northwest Patient Safety Conference on May 4, 2010 at the Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center. Hugh Straley, MD and Vice Chair of the Qualis Health Board of Directors presented the awards.
