Working in Partnership
We serve as Medicare’s quality improvement organization (QIO) in Idaho and Washington State. The QIO program ensures the quality, effectiveness, efficiency and economy of healthcare services provided to people with Medicare. We also provide care management, quality assessment and improvement, and health information technology consulting services to nearly three million Medicaid clients in five states.
