Medicaid Services

Our Medicaid Services department works with various Medicaid agencies across the U.S. to offer services for Medicaid recipients in selected states.

Alaska Medicaid - Division of Health Care Services
Qualis Health works with providers and the Division of Health Care Services to perform utilization management activities for Alaska Medicaid recipients.

Alaska Medicaid - Division of Behavioral Health
Qualis Health works with providers and the Division of Behavioral Health to perform reviews, appeals and care coordination for Alaska Medicaid recipients.

Alaska Medicaid - Division of Public Assistance – TEFRA Program
TEFRA is a Medicaid program for children under 19 years old with disabilities and significant medical, developmental or psychiatric needs. Qualis Health is contracted by the Division of Public Assistance to determine whether a child meets the requirements for this program.

Idaho Medicaid
Qualis Health provides utilization and case management services to the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Division of Medicaid.

Nebraska Medicaid
Qualis Health works with providers and the Department of Health and Human Services to utilization management services to Nebraska Medicaid recipients.

Commercial Accounts
Qualis Health provides a wide range of care management services to a variety of clients, including Taft-Hartley Trusts, third party administrators, employers, insurance brokers, benefits consultants, health plans and insurance carriers.

Washington Labor & Industries
The Washington State Department of Labor & Industries is contracted with Qualis Health to provide utilization review services for its Workers’ Compensation program.

Washington State Health Insurance Pool (WSHIP)
Qualis Health provides utilization management, case management, depression and HIV disease management services for the Washington State Health Insurance Pool (WSHIP).

Washington Teamsters
Qualis Health provides utilization reviews for the Washington Teamsters Welfare Trust.
