2009 Idaho Award of Excellence Nominations
Nominations for the 2009 Idaho Award of Excellence in Healthcare Quality/Patient Safety are now being accepted for work completed in 2008. Nominations should be received by Qualis Health no later than January 16, 2009.

Representatives from Qualis Health and Outlook Associates will be attending and exhibiting at the NASMD Multi-State Collaboration on Medicaid Health System Transformation’s 1st Annual Summit, 21st Century Medicaid: Transforming Through Health Information Technology. The conference will be held in Tempe, Arizona January 4-7, 2009.

Qualis Health's VP of Business Development, Michael Garrett, MS, CCM, has published an article, "Understanding Medical Home: A New Opportunity for Case Managers," in the January/February 2009 edition of Professional Case Management which is the official journal of the Case Management Society of America.

Qualis Health is leading the national Health Information Security and Privacy Collaboration (HISPC) initiative in WA, which is currently in its third phase of encouraging consumer engagement in health information technology and the adoption of standards policies.
